My E-commerce online experience

Hi, today I will share an experience about online shopping that I have encountered. But first, I would like to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of shopping online. First of all, it's convenient. Because sometimes it doesn’t suit me to go out and buy it by myself or we don’t have time to go shopping. And when shopping online, whether from shopee or lazada, there are often discounts or promotions from the app. It's not like going to buy at the store. The disadvantage is that we have to pay shipping costs. Which sometimes the shipping cost is more expensive than the price of the product we ordered. And shopping online is at risk of being cheated. And the last disadvantage is that sometimes sellers pack things poorly. The product may be damaged. 

So, I’ll start with the first experience, my negative experience is about 3 years ago. There was a cat expo concert and I couldn't buy tickets through the official website in time. So I looked for someone to resell a ticket on Twitter. But I got cheated after that when I bought something through Twitter. I will check the history of that account and check the names of fraudsters on the website before transferring money. It was a terrible experience for me. But I learned from this experience and will not make this mistake again. 

Next is my positive experience, recently, I used to order contact lenses from Shopee. But when the product was delivered to the house I saw that my contact lenses were broken. So I sent a message to the seller. Then, the seller claims a new product for me, I think the actions of the sellers are impressive. Because if the product is damaged the shop should be responsible. I was very impressed by this action. And here are my positive and negative experiences that I've had. Thank you for your interest.
